These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nuit AI mobile application ("App") and any related services provided by Pixi DIY Studio Limited ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App is rated 16+ in most regions (15+ in select regions such as Australia and South Korea). You must be at least the minimum age required in your region to use the App. If you are under this age, you may not use the App.

Nuit AI provides general wellness, nutrition insights, and weight management suggestions generated by AI.

The nutritional data and insights are based on general databases and AI analysis; citations provided within the App are for informational purposes only.

AI-generated nutrition suggestions are based on the data you provide and general databases. Results may vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for your individual circumstances.

All content and features in the App are owned by us or our licensors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, AI-generated outputs produced through your use of the App are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You retain ownership of the photos and data you upload to the App ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., analyzing meal nutrition). You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

• Subscription PlansNuit AI may offer auto-renewable subscription plans to access premium features.
• PaymentCharged to your iTunes Account (iOS) or Google Play Account (Android) at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-RenewalSubscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal PriceAccount will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the original cost.
• CancellationManage and cancel your subscriptions via Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.
• Free TrialsAny unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixi DIY Studio Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months, if any.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
